SlimLipo- the "Lunch time" laser liposuction

We are very proud to be offering the long- awaited revolutionary new laser body sculpting procedure that's all the rage in Hollywood and Beverly Hills with the rock stars and A- list celebrities-- only you can get it right here in Hawaii, in all of our office locations by our board certified plastic surgeons.  In keeping our commitment to offer our patients the latest advancements in minimally invasive facial and body rejuvenation, we are proud to be offering the procedure in our Oahu office and will be the first and only board certified plastic surgeons to bring laser assisted liposuction to Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.

"Eve" is a patient in her 20's who desired body sculpting to help her lose some areas of fat deposits of her abdomen and "muffin tops" that were resistant to diet and exercise.  She also wanted some added skin tightening.  She needed to get back to work quickly so she could not afford lengthy downtime and chose SlimLipo laser assisted body sculpting. 

She underwent a 1.5 hour SlimLipo procedure in the office with oral sedatives and analgesics with local anesthesia to treat her abdomen, hips and flanks.  She rested the evening after her surgery but felt energized enough the next day to attend a party (wearing her compression garments of course).  The after photos were taken 2 days after her procedure.  She was very happy to see that there was already visible improvement in just 2 days, no bruising with minimal discomfort and swelling afterwards.  Her amazed husband said she looked like she had just suddenly lost 10 lbs.  She was happy to return to work a few days later.

 "Trish" is in her 20's, and after having a child she put on a lot of weight in her hips, abdomen and outer and inner thighs that she just could not get rid of with dieting and exercise.  She really wanted to have her old toned figure back as her hips and thighs would not allow her to fit in any of the clothes she wanted to wear.  She also yearned to have a firmer stomach and to be able to see daylight again between her thighs.  But as a single working mother, she just could not afford to take any time off work.

"Troy" is a patient in his 50's who is very active and exercises on a regular basis but who just could not slim down the excess fat of his flanks or tone up the saggy skin of his lower abdomen.  Standard tumescent liposuction would not have been very effective at tightening the loose skin of his lower abdomen.  He chose to undergo a 1.5 hour SlimLipo body sculpting procedure in the office under local anesthesia and with oral analgesics.  You can watch Troy having his SlimLipo procedure being done in the video below while totally awake and giving his feedback in real time and even singing a few tunes as we are melting the fat away and tightening his skin!

    Revision of breast augmentation done elsewhere, breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction

This patient had undergone a subglandular (over the muscle) breast augmentation elsewhere.  She presents with unnatural appearing breasts and obvious contour irregularities of her implants.  She also desires body contouring for stretch marks, abdominal fat and abdominal wall laxity.  The after pictures show her 3 months following revision of her breast augmentation (removal of her old implants, replacement with new implants with submuscular conversion and peri- areolar breast lift), tummy tuck and liposuction of her abdomen and hips.  She was able to return to work in less than one week.
