Dr. Todd H.M. Mirzai is a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience performing safe and innovative surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr. Mirzai was raised on Maui and received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in Manhattan. He completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California.

Bao L. Phan, M.D.

A native of Texas, Dr. Bao L. Phan is a board-certified plastic surgeon who was in private practice on the mainland prior to his arrival in Hawaii. Having been a regular visitor to the islands over the years, it was the beauty and warmth of the people that drew him to join Dr. Mirzai and practice his art in Hawaii. Dr. Phan obtained his B.S. degree at Baylor University where he graduated magna cum laude. He then completed his medical doctorate at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He accepted a position at the University of Southern California where he completed his training in general surgery followed by fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. His areas of specialization include comprehensive rejuvenation of the face, breast and body with special emphasis on the Asian face.

Kelly Togami - Licensed Medical Aesthetician

 

Kelly Togami, certified aesthetician, has worked for Hawaii Plastic Surgery Associates since 2004. In May 2004, Kelly obtained her aesthetician training from the International School of Beauty and Esthetique, where she studied the art of skin care.

Prior to her aesthetician training, Kelly worked at Kaiser Permanente's Moanalua Adult Medicine clinic as a Medical Assistant. While she very much enjoyed educating patients on a variety of healthcare issues, she felt her calling was in the field of beauty and skin care.

Kelly has been trained in the most reputable skin care product lines, such as Éminence, SkinCeuticals, Skin Medica® and Epicuren®. She attends national conferences annually, where she further adds to her knowledge and understanding of skin care. She is skilled in a multitude of skin care techniques such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, specialty facials (for acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation) and permanent hair reduction.

Kelly works Tuesday through Saturday at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Associates on Oahu and is always available to help answer any questions related to skin care. She can be reached at 952-9779. Rachelle Rendon - Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Rachelle received her training from Maui's Spa Luna and graduated in spring 2001. She immediately began working as an aesthetician for the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, Anara Spa, in Kauai. In her current position at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Associates, she is able to perform a variety of therapeutic and rejuvenating spa treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials to improve hyperpigmentation and acne. She is experienced in the Éminence, SkinCeuticals, Epicuren®, and Skin Medica® product lines and uses many of these products as part of her facials.

Rachelle was born and raised on Kauai where she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains or on the beach. Rachelle is available by appointment only at our cosmetic surgery office in Lihue, Hawaii located at 3214 Akahi Street. Call 245-5054 for availability.

 

  

 

 

Karine Villemure Sternthall - Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Massage Therapist

Karine is a certified aesthetician and massage therapist. She is French-Canadian and hails from Montreal, Canada. In addition to working at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Associates for the last two years, she also works at the Sheraton Maui Resort Spa. Our patients are consistently impressed by Karine's international knowledge, caring demeanor, and skilled technique. In fact, many consider her to be "the best Maui has to offer."
